How We Help

You Don’t Have to Call Every Community Yourself

Tell us what your family is looking for. We can help narrow the search and give you a more manageable place to start.

I

Understand the Situation

Who needs help, where you are looking, and what support may be needed.

II

Narrow the Choices

We look for participating communities that may fit your needs, preferences, location, and budget.

III

Make Connections

We can help connect you with communities so you can ask questions and explore your options.

IV

Your Family Decides

You compare the options and decide whether any community feels right for your family.

The final decision always belongs to you and your family.

Types of Senior Living

What Kind of Senior Living Are You Looking For?

You do not need to know the answer yet. These are the three main types we help families explore.

Independent Living

For older adults who can generally live independently but want an easier lifestyle, more community, activities, meals, or less home upkeep.

More convenience. Less home upkeep.

Assisted Living

For someone who may need help with everyday activities while still keeping as much independence as possible.

More day-to-day support.

Memory Care

For people living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory-related conditions who may need a more secure setting and specialized support.

More specialized memory support.
Not Sure Where to Start?

That’s Normal

You do not need to figure everything out before reaching out. Just tell us what is happening now and what your family is concerned about.

“Mom is still independent, but she is lonely.”
“Dad is having trouble managing things on his own.”
“Living alone no longer feels safe.”
“We need memory care and don’t know where to begin.”
“We want Mom or Dad closer to family.”
“We know a move is coming, but we want to plan ahead.”
What We Look At

What Matters When Comparing Communities?

Location

Being close to family, doctors, friends, or familiar places.

Support Needs

How much day-to-day help may be needed now.

Budget

What your family is comfortable spending and which options may fit that range.

Lifestyle

Meals, activities, social life, independence, and personal preferences.

Living Space

Apartment size, layout, privacy, and the overall environment.

Future Needs

Whether additional support may be available if needs change later.

No Placement Fee to Your Family

How Can This Be Free?

Your family does not pay Wealth For Family a placement fee.

When a family chooses a participating senior living community and a placement is completed, Wealth For Family may receive referral or placement compensation from that community.

You are never required to choose a community simply because it participates with us.

What Does Senior Living Cost?

Costs can vary widely by location, community, apartment type, services, and level of care.

Part of narrowing the search is understanding what your family is comfortable spending and which communities may fit that range.

Wealth For Family does not set a community’s pricing or determine eligibility for financial assistance.

The Bigger Family Picture

A Move Can Affect More Than Where Someone Lives

We help identify participating communities that may fit what your family needs.

III

Explore the Options

You Choose the Community

Wealth For Family can help with the search and make introductions, but we do not operate senior living communities and we do not make medical or care decisions for your family.
