Insurance Disclosures
These disclosures explain Wealth For Family’s role in helping consumers understand, compare, and apply for life insurance. They are intended to make clear who provides the insurance, how coverage is determined, and what you should understand before purchasing a policy.

Wealth For Family helps consumers explore life insurance options through licensed insurance producers. Insurance policies themselves are issued by third-party insurance companies.
1. Licensed Insurance Producer
Mike Anthony Vallone is a licensed life insurance agent and independent insurance broker.
Insurance activity is conducted only in states where the applicable insurance producer is properly licensed and authorized to conduct that activity.
Wealth For Family currently identifies licensed life insurance activity in:
- Texas
- Florida
- Colorado
- Missouri
- Michigan
Licensing, appointments, product availability, and authorized insurance activity may change over time.
2. Wealth For Family Is Not an Insurance Company
Wealth For Family does not issue, underwrite, administer, or pay claims on life insurance policies.
Insurance policies are issued and administered by third-party insurance carriers.
Each insurance company establishes its own:
- Underwriting guidelines
- Premium rates
- Eligibility rules
- Policy terms
- Product features
- Coverage requirements
- Claims procedures
3. Independent Broker Relationship
Wealth For Family is not limited to offering products from one insurance company.
Through an independent brokerage relationship, access may be available to products from more than 30 insurance carriers.
However, access to multiple carriers does not mean:
- Every carrier is available in every state
- Every carrier offers a suitable product for every applicant
- Every available carrier will be considered in every situation
- Every applicant will qualify with every carrier
- Every product offered by a carrier is available through Wealth For Family
Carrier and product availability may depend on licensing, appointments, state availability, the applicant’s situation, and other factors.
4. State & Product Availability
Insurance products and insurance services are offered only where permitted by applicable law.
The fact that a visitor can view information about an insurance product or policy type on WealthForFamily.com does not mean that the product is available to that visitor or in that visitor’s state.
Product availability, carrier availability, policy features, benefits, riders, underwriting requirements, and pricing may differ by state.
5. Quotes & Estimates
A quote, estimate, illustration, sample premium, website example, conversation, or preliminary indication is not an insurance policy and does not guarantee that coverage will be issued.
Quotes may change after an insurance company reviews the application and completes underwriting.
Final pricing and coverage terms are determined by the issuing insurance carrier.
6. Applications & Underwriting
Submitting an insurance application does not guarantee approval.
An insurance carrier may consider information such as:
- Age
- Health and medical history
- Prescription history
- Tobacco or nicotine use
- Occupation
- Lifestyle or activities
- Requested coverage amount
- Existing insurance
- Financial information when appropriate
- Other information permitted or required during underwriting
Depending on the application, an insurance company may approve coverage as requested, offer different pricing, offer different coverage, postpone a decision, request additional information, or decline the application.
7. When Coverage Begins
Receiving a quote or submitting an application does not by itself mean that permanent life insurance coverage is in force.
Coverage begins only according to the issuing carrier’s requirements and the effective date of the applicable policy or other authorized coverage document.
Depending on the carrier and policy, requirements may include approval, acceptance, payment of an initial premium, delivery requirements, or other conditions.
8. The Insurance Policy Controls
Wealth For Family explains insurance concepts in simple language to help consumers understand their options.
If anything on WealthForFamily.com, in an email, in educational material, or in a conversation differs from the terms of an actual insurance policy, rider, application, illustration, carrier disclosure, or other official insurance document, the official insurance document controls.
Consumers should review all official insurance documents carefully before accepting coverage.
9. Premiums, Benefits & Website Examples
Insurance premiums, coverage amounts, underwriting classifications, benefits, riders, policy features, and availability vary by applicant, carrier, product, and state.
Sample coverage amounts or hypothetical examples shown on WealthForFamily.com are provided for general educational purposes.
For example, a reference to $50,000, $250,000, $500,000, $1 million, or another death benefit amount does not mean that every applicant will qualify for that amount or receive the same price.
Examples are not personalized insurance quotes unless they are specifically presented as a quote based on information provided for that purpose.
10. Insurance Carrier Responsibility
Each insurance company is responsible for the insurance policies that it issues.
The issuing insurer is responsible for its own:
- Policy obligations
- Financial obligations
- Underwriting decisions
- Contract terms
- Policy administration
- Claim review and payment decisions
Wealth For Family does not guarantee the financial performance, claims decisions, or future business condition of an insurance carrier.
11. Producer Compensation
There is no consumer consultation fee simply to:
- Discuss life insurance
- Review available insurance options
- Receive available quotes
- Submit an application through Wealth For Family
If you purchase an insurance policy, the licensed insurance producer may receive compensation from the issuing insurance carrier.
Compensation arrangements may vary by carrier, product, policy, and other factors.
12. No Guarantee of a Particular Result
Wealth For Family does not guarantee:
- Approval for life insurance
- A particular premium
- A particular underwriting classification
- A specific coverage amount
- The lowest premium available anywhere in the marketplace
- The highest available death benefit
- That one carrier will provide a better result than every other carrier
- That a particular carrier or product will remain available
- Payment of a future claim
Insurance results depend on the applicant, carrier, product, underwriting, policy terms, and applicable law.
13. Death Benefits & Beneficiaries
Life insurance death benefits are paid according to the terms of the policy and the applicable beneficiary designation.
When life insurance proceeds are paid directly to a beneficiary, Wealth For Family does not control how that beneficiary ultimately uses the proceeds.
Website examples involving:
- Funeral or cremation expenses
- Travel and lodging
- Family gatherings
- Household expenses
- Debt
- Mortgage payments
- Education
- Inheritance
- Family support
are examples of ways financial resources may be meaningful to a family. They do not direct or guarantee how an individual beneficiary will use insurance proceeds.
14. Family Legacy Content
Wealth For Family encourages families to think beyond the amount of an insurance policy and consider what they hope to protect, preserve, or make possible for future generations.
Family Legacy Conversations, celebration and gathering ideas, family-story content, heirloom information, and other legacy-related material are intended to help families think about those goals.
These conversations do not guarantee that an insurance beneficiary will use proceeds for any particular purpose.
A Family Legacy Conversation is not itself an insurance policy, estate plan, trust, will, investment plan, or funeral arrangement.
15. Other Professional Advice
Life insurance discussions may include general information about beneficiaries, trusts, estates, taxes, family finances, health, or related subjects because those subjects can affect insurance decisions.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Wealth For Family does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Investment advice
- Investment management
- Medical advice
- Individualized financial planning
- Formal estate-planning services
- Funeral directing services
When a decision requires one of those services, consumers should consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.
